Why we need you
We work with owners who already run a company and want to start a separate business.
The new company is registered in your name. You act as a nominee under a written agreement. Your duties, authority, and the owner's role are explained before you start.

- Your details are used for the agreed company's registration and your appointment.
- Check your identity
- Your SSN, ID, and photos are used for required identity checks through a separate secure process.
- Set up company banking
- Your details may be used for the company bank account and required paperwork. A bank visit may be needed.
We do not sell your data. We explain each use and ask before sharing with a bank or verification provider. Local rules and bank requirements still apply.
